Shipping policy
Because our items are made-to-order, please review our shipping process and timeframes below. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following shipping terms.
1. Order Processing Time
All of our products are custom-made. "Processing Time" refers to the time required to print, manufacture, perform quality checks, and securely pack your order before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

T-Shirts: 3 - 5 business days

Bomber Jackets & Caps: 7 - 10 business days
Note on Mixed Orders: If your order contains a mix of items with different processing times (e.g., a T-shirt and a Bomber Jacket), the entire order will be held and dispatched together based on the longest processing time (7-10 business days).
2. Shipping Carriers & Transit Time
Once your order leaves our production facility, it is handed over to our trusted global shipping partners. We utilize a network of reliable carriers including YunExpress, SF Express, YanWen Express, and USPS,... to ensure safe delivery.

Standard Transit Time: 10 - 15 business days.

Extended Transit Time (Important): While most packages arrive within the standard timeframe, international shipping can occasionally be affected by factors completely outside of our control. These include customs clearance delays, extreme weather conditions, or peak holiday volumes. Therefore, please allow an additional 10 - 15 business days of transit time if unexpected carrier delays occur.
Please note: "Business days" refer to Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for the tracking information to accurately update in the carrier's system after you receive the email.
4. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are strictly responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address during checkout.

We are not liable for packages that are delayed, lost, returned to sender, or delivered to the wrong location due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer.

If you realize you have made an error in your shipping address, please contact us at support@xemeso.co within 12 hours of placing your order. Once production has started or the item has shipped, we cannot change the destination address.
5. Delivery Claims (Lost or Stolen Packages)
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office first. Xemeso is not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost after the carrier has marked them as "Delivered." However, our support team will do our best to assist you in opening an inquiry with the shipping carrier.
