Refund policy
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms.
1. Eligible Reasons for a Refund or Replacement
We take quality seriously and stand behind our products. We will gladly issue a free replacement or a full refund ONLY if the item you received meets one of the following criteria:

Manufacturing Defects: The item arrives with physical damage, such as torn fabric, broken zippers, or unraveled stitching.

Printing Errors: The printed design is significantly flawed, blurry, misaligned, or completely different from the design shown on our website.

Incorrect Item Received: You received a completely different product than the one listed on your order confirmation.
How to claim your replacement or refund:
If your item meets any of the conditions above, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@xemeso.co. You must include:

Your Order Number.

A clear photograph(s) showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.

A photo of the shipping label on the package.
Once our support team verifies the issue, we will process a replacement or issue a refund immediately. You do not need to return the defective item to us.
2. Non-Eligible Reasons (No Refunds or Exchanges)
Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for customer errors or changes of mind.
We will NOT issue refunds or exchanges for the following reasons:

Wrong Size Ordered: We provide detailed sizing charts on every product page. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to review these charts carefully and select the correct size before purchasing. If you order the wrong size, we cannot offer an exchange or refund.

Wrong Color or Variant Ordered: If you mistakenly select the wrong color, design, or style during checkout.

Buyer's Remorse: If you simply change your mind, decide you no longer want the item, or find a cheaper alternative elsewhere after the order has gone into production.

Incorrect Shipping Address: As stated in our Shipping Policy, we do not refund orders that are lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer at checkout.
Please double-check your cart, including all sizes and colors, before finalizing your payment.
3. Order Cancellations and Modifications
If you need to change or cancel your order, you must contact us at support@xemeso.co within 12 hours of placing it.
After 12 hours, your order is automatically sent to our production facility, and the printing process begins. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
4. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved due to a verified defect or error on our part, the refund will be credited back to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal).
Please allow 3 - 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
5. Return Shipping (If Applicable)
In the rare event that we require an item to be returned for inspection, we will provide you with specific return instructions.
Please DO NOT return any items to our corporate address without prior written authorization from our support team. Packages sent without prior approval will not be processed for a refund.
